Jens Wittrowski studied Cognitive Computer Science and Intelligent Systems at Bielefeld University. He received his Bachelor of Science in 2010 and the Master of Science in 2012. The title of his Master's thesis is "Furniture Recognition using Implicit Shape Models on 3D Data". Subsequently, he joined the Applied Informatics Group and is working on 3D computer vision topics in the ReSerW project. The ReSerW project ("Resource-efficient self-optimizing Laundry") is part of the Leading-Edge Cluster “Intelligent Technical Systems OstWestfalenLippe” (it's OWL), funded by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research.
