Dr. Juana Salas Poblete

Juana Salas Poblete received a diploma in conference interpreting (Spanish and Portuguese) from Heidelberg University, Germany in 1997 and a Master in linguistics from the University of Bielefeld, Germany in 2005. From 2006 to 2008 she worked at the CRC 673, Alignment in Communication at the University of Bielefeld.

In 2008 she joined the Graduate School for Cognition and Robotics (CoR-Lab) and completed her PhD on "Learning Words: Comparing Two-Year-Olds’ Learning Success in Dyadic and Triadic Teaching Situations Embedded in Familiar and Unfamiliar Contexts" in 2011. Currently she is working on a postdoc project on gesture development.
